Avoid duplicate candidates - select, right-click, search.
When browsing LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder - just highlight an email
address or person's name on the Web page, right click, and choose 'Search'. Candidates
already in your candidate database appear below, without losing your place.
Open results directly in your staffing & recruiting system.
Search results appear at the bottom of your IE browser window. Double-click
the record to open it directly in your Staffing & Recruiting system.
Create new candidates directly from resume text.
Simply highlight the resume text, select 'Add Candidate', and the new candidate
wizard will pre-populate the candidate record in your Staffing & Recruiting
system window.
Ad-hoc candiate search.
Once you have the Recruiter Browser Bar search results open, you can type in the
name or email of any person, search your Staffing & Recruiting system, and see
the results in the Browser Bar without ever leaving the Web.
